Forbes featured Josh on their website as one of two list makers who took part in the Forbes in Hamburg event. Josh discussed his career but also how WWP celebrates diversity. Josh explained “you have to be comfortable with people who don’t look like you—that’s how we get the really interesting stories.” As he saw it, “even diverse stories were being told by the same people, without originality or resonating with the community in question.”
Josh went further to say “There are 10 languages spoken in our offices, and five of our team were born in countries other than the UK. That’s how we get such creativity. I want to use that to change the mindset of the industry.”
