As it is men’s mental health awareness month, Josh was asked to speak about how he manages his own mental health.

 

The Sun says that one in eight men in the UK have experienced a mental health problem before. Josh was among six men who spoke to The Sun, about how exercise has helped them to manage theirs.  Josh said “I really had to battle against some sinister urges in order to fight my way out of that feeling, and boxing everyday helped”. The other men talked about how different types of sports and exercise have helped them too, such as running and rugby.
